Post-PRP Injection Fitness Program (Month 5)
Now that you have safely returned to a functional fitness program that matches your long-term injury prevention needs, let's condition you to for a safe return to sport and recreational activities. Perform the level 6 workouts within this video library as prescribed by your PT on Demand certified PT or PTA. The goal of level 6 workouts is to condition you for a safe return to sport and recreational activities without faulty loading patterns.
General protocol for Month 2 (Week 16):
• Level 5 Lower Body Conditioning every Monday and Thursday
• Level 6 Upper Body Cardio Workout on Wednesday
• Level 5 Upper Body Conditioning every Tuesday and Friday
• Level 6 Lower Body Cardio Workout on Saturday
DO NOT perform any new workouts without completing a Tele-PT workout for that workouts. Remember, exercises performed outside of neutral spine alignment interfere with your healing and reinforce faulty loading.
