The Prehab for Regenerative Medicine video library consists of 3 levels of neutral spine conditioning designed to restore your ability to perform daily tasks from healthy posture. This positions you for the best clinical outcome by reducing the amount of stress at your injection site post-procedure.

Perform level 1 workout for 1 week. When you can can perform 8 repetitions of each exercise without losing neutral spine alignment it is time to progress to the level 2 workout. Perform level 2 workouts for 2 weeks, progress to level 3 when you can perform 8 perfect repetitions of each exercise. Level 3 requires 3 weeks of conditioning. This program is best started 6 weeks prior to your procedure. It is best paired with weekly tele-PT coaching sessions.

A general rule for knowing if you are performing an exercise from neutral spine alignment is you should feel your core and upper back muscles working throughout the movement. Schedule a Tele-PT Screen if you are not sure if you are performing all exercises from neutral spine alignment.

Completing this program will accomplish the following milestones.
Week 1 - You will condition yourself to sit, stand and walk without faulty loading. We will explore strategies for how to best maintain neutral spine alignment when sleeping.
Week 2 - You will condition yourself to transfer in/out of a chair and bed without faulty loading. We will explore strategies for how to perform work tasks from healthy posture.
Week 4 - You will condition yourself to pick object up off the floor and lift them overhead without faulty loading. We will explore strategies for how to perform work tasks from healthy posture within the restrains of your physician post-injection protocol.
