Post-PRP Injection Fitness Program (Month 2)

After a month of the neutral spine neural integration you are ready to start transitioning into the Healthy Posture System for functional conditioning. Perform the level 2 + Level 3 workouts within this video library as prescribed by your PT on Demand certified PT or PTA. The goal for month 2 is to condition yourself to perform your daily activities without faulty loading through your spine.

General protocol for Month 2:
• Week 5 - Level 2 Lower Body Conditioning every Monday, Wednesday and Friday; Level 2 Upper Body Conditioning
• Week 7 - Level 3 Lower Body Conditioning every Monday, Wednesday and Friday; Level 3 Upper Body Conditioning every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday

DO NOT perform any new workouts without completing a Tele-PT workout for that workouts. Remember, exercises performed outside of neutral spine alignment interfere with your healing and reinforce faulty loading.
