Level 3 will condition you to perform all your daily activities post procedure from healthy posture to promote healthy healing with the minimal chance of fall or deconditioning. This is state-of-the-art approach to consuming traditional medical services. This video reviews level 3 (week 3+4) of the program. This completes your neutral spine conditioning training to best prepare you for your upcoming medical procedure/surgery.

Perform this workout once a day until your medical procedure/surgery. Your physician will advise you when it is appropriate to resume level 1 workouts. Do not resume the program without scheduling you virtual HPC post-procedure/surgery re-assessment.
