Welcome to the Core of the Matter Level 6 cardio workout. Congratulations on progressing to level 6 of the Health Posture Club. At this level of conditioning we teach circuit workouts that combine upper body, lower body, core and balance exercises at a faster tempo with cardio intervals for complete fitness. This workout regimen emphasizes core strengthening.
