Congratulations on progressing to the sport conditioning phase of your neutral spine conditioning program. Lets condition you to safely return to higher level fitness and sport.
Perform this workout twice a week for one month. Then schedule your level 6 virtual training session with your HPC Neutral Spine Conditioning Specialist to learn the level 6 variations. Spoiler alert, level 6 workouts are taught in a circuit style to add cardiovascular conditioning to your neutral spine based functional fitness program.
If you have neck or shoulder pain perform your upper body joint clearing before your workouts; check down to level 3 workouts if pain persists after performing your joint clearing routine.
If you have low back, hip or knee pain perform you lower body joint clearing before your workouts; check down to level 3 workouts if pain persists after performing your joint clearing routine.
